Addressing a staff meeting with what witnesses described as tremendous warmth Tuesday, hospitality manager Craig Duhamel assured tasting room employees that the outstanding questions about the tip pool would be fully resolved by the third quarter, a quarter he notably did not specify the year of, sources reported. “I hear you, and I want you to know that this is a priority for me personally,” said Duhamel, who has now been personally prioritizing it since 2023. “There’s a lot of moving parts.
